Technical Product Owner
Job Summary
Supporting the Digital Services organization, the full-time remote Technical Product Owner will implement and enhance vendor software applications, collaborate with stakeholders to assess technologies, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates and configures vendor software applications while optimizing them to meet SLA and functional requirements
- Develops interfaces for vendor applications and assists in their deployment, providing high-level technical consulting support
- Participates in Agile ceremonies and collaborates with product owners to develop acceptance criteria for project features and user stories
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- SAFe certification (e.g., SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO) and ITIL Foundations Certification
- Experience in business application design, development, and modification
- Knowledge of project management techniques and familiarity with business systems
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
