Technical Product Owner
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Product Owner will manage the HRS SF424 product area by conducting detailed requirements analysis, validating mappings, and ensuring engineering readiness for federal grant application processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support the product team by preparing structured analysis and validating requirements for SF424 forms and related workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to translate technical inputs into actionable requirements and ensure clear handoff materials
- Document processes and create knowledge transfer materials to improve continuity and execution quality within the SF424 product area
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant analytical or technical field
- At least 2 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Implementation Consultant in complex software environments
- Strong understanding of federal grant applications, research administration, and the SF-424 form family
- Ability to document clear requirements and translate complex inputs into structured analysis
- Familiarity with enterprise software, data mappings, and tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub
