Technical Product Owner
Job Summary
Owning the product backlog and delivery roadmap for an integrated scheduling platform, the contract Technical Product Owner will work remotely to bridge clinical operations and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into prioritized features and user stories.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog across patient scheduling and administrative portal workstreams to align with business priorities
- Translate business requirements into well-defined epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with UX, engineering leads, and QA to ensure delivered functionality meets both technical and end-user requirements
Required qualifications
- Experience in product ownership or management within a healthcare or clinical setting
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
- Strong understanding of EHR and scheduling systems integration
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX and engineering
