Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

To drive the evolution of Cadence into a scalable federal product, the full-time Technical Product Owner will manage the product lifecycle, lead a technical team, and engage with federal program managers to understand and address their needs, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the transition of Cadence from pilot to market-ready product, establishing vision, roadmap, and success measures
• Lead a technical team to translate customer needs into clear requirements, guiding sprint planning and product delivery
• Define Cadence's technical architecture and deployment strategy, ensuring alignment with federal security and integration requirements

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product management or ownership, particularly in delivering software products
• Ability to manage a product from customer discovery through to delivery and growth
• Experience leading agile technical teams and managing product backlogs and roadmaps
• Technical fluency to lead discussions on architecture and implementation with engineers and security teams
• Familiarity with federal software deployment processes and security requirements, including RMF and ATO
