Technical Product Owner
Job Summary
Owning a defined slice of client engagement, the full-time remote Technical Product Owner will manage use case framing, backlog maintenance, and release planning while collaborating with engineering teams and client stakeholders in Colombia or Costa Rica.
Key responsibilities:
- Own a defined slice of client engagement from use case framing through backlog and release management
- Run discovery sessions with client stakeholders and translate technical constraints into business requirements
- Prototype rapidly using delivery stacks and define success metrics for the scope of work
Required qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience, including hands-on engineering as a software, data, or ML engineer
- At least 1 year in a product, delivery, or client-facing role such as Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Daily use of GenAI tools in workflows, with examples of redesigned processes
- Working understanding of GenAI concepts such as prompt engineering and RAG
- Practical Agile and Scrum experience, including backlog management and sprint planning
