Technical Product Owner
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Technical Product Owner will manage product vision and strategy, serve as the primary communication link between stakeholders and delivery teams, and identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance product offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product backlog, writing and refining user stories that align with product strategy and sprint goals
- Drive innovation by maintaining focus on technological trends and identifying opportunities for AI and automation within the product
- Coordinate with engineering and data teams to define requirements and success metrics for AI-powered features
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or subject matter expert in SaaS applications
- Experience with project management software and bug/issue tracking
- Familiarity with JIRA, Productboard, Pendo, and/or Figma is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered product features or working with data science/ML teams is a plus
