Technical Product Owner, Data & AI

Job Summary

Owning the roadmap and implementation of AI-powered operational workflows, the full-time Technical Product Owner, Data & AI will work remotely to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect requirements from stakeholders to design AI-powered workflow solutions that meet operational needs
• Translate business problems into product initiatives and maintain the backlog for AI workflow initiatives
• Evaluate and recommend workflow and automation technologies, prototyping solutions within existing systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, information systems, clinical research, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in clinical research operations, health system analytics, or healthcare process improvement
• Demonstrated experience using AI language models to solve business or operational problems
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable operational solutions
• Familiarity with structured data environments such as CTMS, CRM, or SQL
