Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end delivery of booking tool functionality, the full-time remote Technical Product Specialist will create user stories, conduct product testing, and collaborate with global teams to enhance customer success across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage user stories and business requirements for platform enhancements
- Conduct end-to-end product review and testing to ensure solutions are fit for purpose across Americas markets
- Collaborate with local teams to capture market-specific requirements and support deployment and launch planning
Required Qualifications
- Product management experience
- Experience within FCM Americas business
- GDS experience, specifically Sabre
- Ability to write detailed requirements and user stories
- Experience in end-to-end product testing and delivery
