Job Summary

As a part-time hourly Technical Product Support Specialist, the candidate will assist customers with product selection, provide post-sales support, and address application and troubleshooting inquiries for fluid power products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal customers to provide technical product support via telephone
  • Utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously to identify solutions and document customer interactions
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise through industry experience and training, while capturing customer feedback for product teams
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant job experience or hands-on field experience in electrical or lighting systems, wiring, and controls
  • Experience with Industrial Controls and Automation
  • Proficiency in computer use, including navigating multiple applications and screens simultaneously
