Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Support II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier three technical product support to customers remotely, assisting with inquiries and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Investigate escalated issues by reviewing support notes and gathering additional information from customers
  • Update incident logs and communicate customer feedback to product development teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
  • Proficiency in technical product support
  • Familiarity with government contracting or supporting government agencies is preferred
