Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Product Support II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier three technical product support to customers remotely, assisting with inquiries and troubleshooting complex issues
- Investigate escalated issues by reviewing support notes and gathering additional information from customers
- Update incident logs and communicate customer feedback to product development teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
- Proficiency in technical product support
- Familiarity with government contracting or supporting government agencies is preferred
