Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for technical issues related to CardWizard Solutions on customer server hardware and Windows environments
  • Respond to support inquiries from customers and internal teams using various communication methods
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and assist with end-user installations and configurations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT environment
  • Experience with general networking technologies and Windows Server environments
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings for a trusted role
