Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist in the Denver, CO Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for technical issues related to CardWizard Solutions on customer server hardware and Windows environments
- Respond to support inquiries from customers and internal teams using various communication methods
- Resolve escalated customer issues and assist with end-user installations and configurations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an IT environment
- Experience with general networking technologies and Windows Server environments
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings for a trusted role
