Job Summary

To support an innovative AI technology company, the fully remote Technical Product Support Specialist will manage and resolve customer support cases, investigate product issues, and collaborate with engineering teams over a 3-month W2 contract, with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert on a suite of AI products and services
  • Manage and resolve a high volume of customer support cases while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and document product issues, recommending process improvements based on customer feedback
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in product support, technical support, SaaS support, or customer support in a high-volume environment
  • Experience handling escalated or Tier 2 support cases preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and investigative skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
