Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer-facing product/technical support experience in a SaaS product
  • Experience with ticketing and support software
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of natural language processing, machine learning, computer vision, or graph analytics is a plus
