Job Summary

- Developing support processes, creating documentation, and mapping customer journeys
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer-facing product/technical support experience in a SaaS product
- Experience with ticketing and support software
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of natural language processing, machine learning, computer vision, or graph analytics is a plus
