Technical Production Manager
Job Summary
To drive operational excellence in entertainment content delivery, the remote Technical Production Manager will coordinate project work streams, manage project documentation, and utilize AI tools to enhance workflows on a W2 contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project work streams across content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Utilize AI tools to update project management portals and build features for milestone tracking and status reporting
- Monitor active project sites for performance and data accuracy, flagging issues to key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in project management, entertainment development, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI tools for Vibe Coding such as Claude Code, MyClaw, or equivalent
- Experience using and updating cloud management systems
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Clear communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams
