Job Summary
To support the USPS portfolio, the full-time Technical Program Communications Coordinator will manage communications with customers regarding the USPS Fraud Analytics and Mitigation program, effectively convey USPS policies to stakeholders, and analyze data using tools like Databricks and Excel in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Managing communications and responding to USPS customers' inquiries about the Fraud Analytics and Mitigation program
- Effectively communicating USPS policies and guidelines to internal and external stakeholders
- Organizing and tracking customer requests to ensure timely resolution and maintaining data analysis for the USPS client
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft products including Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, and others
- Ability to align personal goals with team objectives and demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, autonomous, and collaborative virtual environment
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
