Job Summary
Supporting the USPS portfolio, the full-time Technical Program Communications Coordinator will manage communications with customers regarding the Fraud Analytics and Mitigation program, effectively convey USPS policies to stakeholders, and analyze data using tools like Power BI and Excel in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Managing communications and responding to USPS customers' inquiries regarding the FAM program
- Effectively communicating USPS policies and guidelines to internal and external stakeholders
- Organizing and tracking customer requests to ensure timely handling and resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with zero to two years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, and others
- Ability to align personal goals with team objectives and demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Experience operating within a fast-paced, autonomous, and collaborative virtual environment
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance and be a US Citizen
