Technical Program Director

Job Summary

Leading a global team of program and project managers, the full-time remote Technical Program Director will oversee the Technology Onboarding function for Corporate Real Estate Service contracts, ensuring quality delivery and proactive management of project risks and issues.

Key responsibilities

• Refine portfolio/program structure for efficient delivery of Technology deliverables across Transition projects globally
• Act as the primary escalation point for problem solving and conflict resolution, ensuring accountability in project management delivery
• Proactively manage executive stakeholder expectations and develop continuous improvement mechanisms for tools and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of program and project management experience; PMP certification preferred
• Functional knowledge of corporate real estate and experience with IWMS or other Corporate Real Estate technologies
• Strong consultative skills and experience in large global organizations with complex technical environments
• Ability to work across global time zones and thrive in a high-pace environment
