Technical Program Director

Job Summary

To drive significant business outcomes in the Cloud and Data/AI sector, the full-time Technical Program Director will manage project delivery, account management, and technical competency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of development and consulting projects, ensuring smooth delivery and effective communication with offshore teams and clients
• Manage P&L for accounts, focusing on revenue, gross margin, and operational excellence while building relationships with customer contacts
• Facilitate technical competency by organizing sessions to showcase SCALExM's capabilities and mentoring new hires to integrate into the company culture

Required qualifications:

• 20 years of experience in IT services, with at least 15 years in managing onsite-offshore delivery
• Proven track record of owning P&L of $15+ million and managing an account portfolio of $5 million
• Strong relationship-building skills to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Technology landscape at Level 200
• Experience in mentoring and managing teams, including tracking hiring and training needs
