Technical Program Director

Job Summary

Leading large-scale, complex technology programs in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Technical Program Director will drive end-to-end program success, align business outcomes with technical excellence, and act as a trusted advisor across product, engineering, and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from strategy through execution and delivery, defining success metrics and KPIs
• Drive data-informed decision-making and ensure programs leverage robust analytics and reporting frameworks
• Oversee multiple workstreams, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure quality delivery

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading technical programs or engineering initiatives
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stream programs in a client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise system delivery
• Deep familiarity with Google cloud platforms and modern architectures
• Certifications in cloud or program management (e.g., GCP, PMP, SAFe) and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
