Technical Program Lead

Job Summary

Owning the planning and delivery of complex blockchain programs, the full-time Technical Program Lead will engage deeply with engineering teams and external partners, ensuring end-to-end program execution and clear reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery across cross-functional workstreams, from scoping to launch and retrospective
• Draft and scope technical Statements of Work for external software development, protocol integrations, and security audits
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve blockers and maintain alignment across engineering, research, and security

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior or Technical Program Manager in blockchain, Web3, or a fast-paced technical environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical delivery processes
• Experience drafting and managing technical Statements of Work and vendor contracts
• Familiarity with security protocols related to digital asset management and experience coordinating security audits
• Strong risk management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
