Technical Program Leader
Job Summary
Serving as the technical program leader, this full-time remote position will manage complex cross-functional technology programs, ensuring the successful delivery of OCPN platform capabilities through effective coordination and leadership across multiple engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional technology programs from planning through successful delivery
- Coordinate execution across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), managing dependencies, priorities, and milestones
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, executive dashboards, and risk mitigation strategies
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Software Engineering within enterprise technology organizations
- 7+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional software delivery programs in Agile environments
- 5+ years of experience with modern software architectures, including APIs and cloud technologies
- 5+ years of experience coordinating delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- 5+ years of experience facilitating executive governance meetings and stakeholder communications
