Technical Program Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Technical Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams in identifying opportunities and developing solutions across divisions to meet complex business needs
• Guide program planning by defining goals, prioritizing deliverables, and managing risks using data insights
• Oversee the development and implementation of products and services, ensuring alignment across teams and tracking progress

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
