Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Management Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority initiatives sponsored by the CTO
• Own program management of the internal AI Bootcamp, coordinating curriculum delivery and tracking outcomes
• Design and manage onboarding programs for new Builder hires, ensuring effective ramp-up on tools and systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or engineering operations
• Experience working in a technical capacity or alongside development teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering workflows
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience supporting organizational transformation or change management efforts
