Job Summary

Leading client-facing technical initiatives, the full-time Associate Director, Technical Program Management will oversee end-to-end website and application projects, ensuring project health and coordinating between strategy, design, and engineering teams, while working remotely or from various office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client-focused website initiatives through disciplined project coordination and technical oversight
• Exercise ownership of all assigned technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including detailed technical estimates, scope definitions, and budget management

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in a Technical Project Management role, preferably in a marketing/ad agency or enterprise technology environment
• Understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CMS and custom application development
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams across diverse disciplines
• Experience leading end-to-end CMS website builds or custom application launches
• Hands-on experience producing burn reports and tracking project hours against plans
