Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Program Manager will manage software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of engineering programs while maintaining high standards of quality and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management and coordination for software development, ensuring alignment with product and business requirements
• Manage engineering project delivery schedules and track dependencies across teams to meet delivery commitments
• Identify and communicate project gaps to stakeholders, driving resolution and maintaining project momentum

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a high-tech organization with a focus on enterprise-level projects
• 2+ years of software development experience, ideally in system-level technical design
• Strong project management skills, including scope, schedule, and quality management
• Experience in risk and critical path management
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with external partners and stakeholders
