Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager - Billing & Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop product vision and guide the team through key milestones
- Plan, track, and manage the execution of technical programs from initiation to completion
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product/program management experience, preferably with data-driven reporting or invoicing products
- Experience in Mar-tech, Ad-tech, or client-facing SaaS platforms
- Understanding of data flows and familiarity with common technologies such as APIs, SQL, and ETL pipelines
- Experience implementing and maintaining agile development frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk)
