Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee and enhance their Private Academy offering for Premier Support customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for dbt Private Academy customers, managing communication and delivery throughout the program lifecycle
- Manage timelines and customer engagement across 100+ accounts, ensuring a seamless experience
- Analyze usage and satisfaction data to report on program health and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in program or project management in a customer-facing, SaaS, or education environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience improving processes and scaling operations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to solve operational challenges with a focus on customer experience
