Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, optimization, and scaling of MCDC systems and tools, including onboarding new solutions
• Manage end-to-end rollout of new tools, including requirements, technical integrations, training, and change management
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to support platform adoption and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in creative, communications, or technical environments
• Experience in onboarding and integrating tools like Snowflake and JIRA
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Asana
• Preferred education: Bachelor's Degree
• Not required to hold any specific certifications or licenses
