Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and market signals to develop problem statements and hypotheses for new features
• Define success criteria and performance metrics for product features, collaborating with engineering teams
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous quality improvements through collaboration and data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• 1+ year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Professional experience with prompt engineering and RAG architectures
• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in relevant fields is preferred
• 1+ year of experience reading and/or writing code is preferred
