Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead cloud migration efforts across multiple applications and business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive planning and delivery of large-scale application migrations to AWS
• Coordinate across development teams, architects, and business stakeholders to remove roadblocks
• Own end-to-end program management, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and reporting on progress

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale technical programs with multiple workstreams
• Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture, and enterprise cloud account structures
• Experience with software delivery lifecycle and program/project management
• Leadership and ownership mindset, proactive and collaborative
• Industry experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise technology
