Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager (f/m/d) with deep Web3 experience to lead complex projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program management for the Get Real campaign, coordinating development teams and stakeholders
• Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows for smooth execution and timely delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions and collaborate on the reward system design

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing complex Web3 or blockchain-related projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in fast-paced environments with cross-disciplinary teams
• Client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills
• Technical understanding of blockchain concepts and backend workflows
