Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage complex IT programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple IT programs and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Manage the roles of Product Owners, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create strategic roadmaps and manage program execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in an IT environment
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and project management methodologies
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus
