Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive execution and coordination in engineering compliance and cybersecurity programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions as a Scrum Master
• Prioritize security backlogs and ensure alignment of cybersecurity work during sprint planning
• Support the creation of documentation and reports for monthly compliance business reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably with ADO dashboards and Power BI
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of security controls and frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53 or ISO 27001
• Proficiency with enterprise-level Agile project management tools for task management and reporting
