Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the adoption and optimization of Atlassian tools for hardware teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Atlassian tool strategy aligned with hardware Product Development Process (PDP) workflows
• Assess and improve current hardware development processes using Atlassian-based solutions
• Drive the configuration, rollout, and onboarding of Atlassian tools while ensuring stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or enterprise tool adoption
• Expertise in deploying and administering Atlassian tools in large organizations
• Strong understanding of hardware product development lifecycles
• Experience leading change management initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
