Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager in the US Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to translate strategic objectives into detailed plans and success metrics
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment through sync-ups and decision forums to ensure cohesive team collaboration
• Proactively manage risks and issues, identifying dependencies and driving mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within software or technology companies
• Proven experience with PDLC/SDLC programs across cross-functional teams
• Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the projects and contracts
