Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager for Graphics Delivery Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of large-scale, multi-phase technical programs from ideation to iteration
- Define clear technical requirements and establish operational frameworks for a 24/7 global service
- Communicate program health, risks, and decisions to senior leadership with data-backed insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar technical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and real-time streaming services
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and operational frameworks such as SLIs/SLOs/SLAs
