Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SOC2 and HITRUST certified data delivery processes and lead cross-functional technical programs
• Establish delivery standards and provide clear communication of progress and risks across teams
• Optimize engineering operations tooling and design automated workflows to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management in SaaS or similar environments
• Strong systems-thinking capability with experience in orchestrating complex, multi-team technical programs
• Hands-on expertise with Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Jira administration
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST requirements affecting engineering workflows
• Experience with workflow automation platforms and familiarity with AI/ML pipelines and cloud platforms
