Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the successful technical integration of its solutions with customers' Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the technical integration process with EHR systems and maintain relationships with client stakeholders
• Test integrations, manage deployment project plans, and document integration requirements and processes
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering & Support teams to optimize integration processes and enhance client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience within healthcare SaaS
• 4+ years of technical program or project management experience
• Strong knowledge of APIs and healthcare data standards
• Technical understanding of cloud services, EMR integration, and SaaS solutions
• Strong clinical background with an understanding of medical documentation and clinical workflows
