Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Quality and Release.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software release lifecycle ensuring compatibility, reliability, and high-quality rollouts
• Define and enforce release criteria and coordinate cross-team testing and readiness
• Create and analyze key performance indicators to monitor release performance and inform improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Release Management, or related roles
• Solid expertise with program and release management methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent releases in a high-paced environment
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and analyzing release metrics
