Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own cross workstream delivery and enforce critical path and inter team dependencies
• Establish a single version of truth for scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies using Jira
• Drive executive level readouts and escalate issues decisively when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in program/technical program management, with 5+ years leading multiple concurrent workstreams
• Proven success in governing vendor-led delivery and re-sequencing work to unblock delivery
• Experience in large scale transformations across telecom, billing, ERP, or enterprise integrations
• Strong executive presence and ability to report directly to senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Jira, capable of navigating multiple projects and analyzing progress
