Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager - Release Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end release cadences for both core and managed cloud products
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and customer success
• Define quality gates and establish "Go/No-Go" criteria for releases

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or release management roles
• Proven track record of managing complex software releases in fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand architecture and dependencies
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira or similar
