Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager - HW/SW to lead complex engineering programs for hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, defining scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
• Lead day-to-day execution of programs, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, quality, and PLM phase gate expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, communicating updates, risks, and mitigation plans to executives and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems) or related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or engineering leadership
• Strong working knowledge of phase gate product development and Agile software methodologies
• Proficiency with project management and task-tracking tools
• Expertise with Microsoft Office applications
