Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution and quarterly refresh of the Technical Readiness Calendar
• Drive the development, launch, and tracking of bootcamps and technical challenges
• Manage the Skill Progression Scorecard to capture expertise levels and readiness participation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales enablement, field presales roles, or technical programs
• Proven experience managing large-scale enablement programs or technical curriculum
• Experience working with technical personas across multiple regions
• Familiarity with content platforms like Highspot or LMS systems
• Project management or enablement certifications (e.g., PMP, CPTD, ATD)
