Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Engineering Program Manager - Principal.

Key Responsibilities

Design and define programs for centralized lab infrastructure reservation and managed services
Lead the Management of Change (MoC) program to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption of new systems
Track and communicate operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Typically 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
PMP/PMI certification preferred
Experience with lab automation and integration with lab services
Knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) methodologies
