Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager who will drive strategic initiatives and complex technical programs across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are strongly preferred
