Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Engineering Program Manager - Principal.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage the rollout of a centralized lab infrastructure reservation system and engineering lab managed services
Lead the Management of Change (MoC) program to ensure stakeholder communication and adoption of new systems and processes
Define and communicate operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Typically 10+ years of experience in a related field
PMP/PMI certification preferred
Experience with lab automation and operational metrics management tools
Knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) methodologies
