Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Engineering Program Manager - Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the rollout of a centralized lab infrastructure reservation system and engineering lab managed services
• Lead the Management of Change (MoC) program to ensure stakeholder communication and adoption of new systems and processes
• Define and track operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields
• PMP/PMI certification preferred
• Experience with lab automation and integration with lab services
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA
