Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to provide PMO and Technical Program Management support for the Veterans Affairs Benefits Integration Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Technical PM duties for the Benefits Integrated Platform (BIP) as directed by the Product Manager
• Manage cloud-based projects with containerized applications and apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
• Oversee architecture and design activities, and coordinate release management activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline
• Seven (7) years of hands-on experience with technical program/project management
• Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies; SAFe certification is strongly desired
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing and containerized applications
• Proficiency with Jira and other project management tools
