Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of new model versions and features for STT and TTS offerings
• Define and implement effective processes to enhance visibility and accountability in research workflows
• Map dependencies and risks across active projects while maintaining clear communication on project health

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager, preferably in an AI/ML Research environment
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning systems, including data pipelines and model training
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs on time across multiple teams
• Experience designing processes that improve execution velocity without adding bureaucratic overhead
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating program health and making data-informed decisions
