Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Engineering Program Manager - Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define a program for a centralized lab infrastructure reservation system, ensuring stakeholder alignment and high-quality delivery
• Lead the Management of Change (MoC) program to ensure stakeholder communication and adoption of new systems and processes
• Define, track, and communicate operational metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• PMP/PMI certification preferred
• Typically 10+ years of experience in program management
• Experience with lab automation and integration with lab services
• Knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) methodologies
